Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the APAC - Human Resources Head position. The role involves overseeing and driving HR policies, managing recruitment and talent development, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering healthy employee relations. The APAC HR Head will also play a key role in leading the HR team, facilitating workplace satisfaction, and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, training, and talent development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in HR Management and HR Policies, with the ability to strategically design and implement them.
  • Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align HR functions with business objectives.
  • Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
