Role Overview

The operations Executive is responsible for managing outgoing financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of W9, 1099 Reporting and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

W9 Processing/B notice:
Review, verify, and process vendor W9/B notice accurately and promptly in OneSource.
1099 Reporting & UCP:
Check and update the 1099 forms in OneSource, also have a sound knowledge of US unclaimed property management.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile Reports/statements and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Month-End Support:
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting
, Finance, or related field
.
4 to 7 years
of experience in accounts payable/Operations or similar role.
Strong understanding of
basic accounting principles
, US regulatory.
Proficiency in
accounting software
(e.g.OneSource, Tracker pro, SAP) and
MS Office Suite
.
