AP State Lead - Logistics

As a Logistics Operations Manager for a cluster of bioenergy plants, you will play a crucial role in optimizing logistics operations to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of feedstock and CNG/CBG across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage inbound and outbound movements to streamline operations. - Work towards maximizing value, optimizing costs, and finalizing freight arrangements. - Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow for effective logistics management. - Appoint vendors and define freight requirements to support operations. - Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics activities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards to maintain operational integrity. - Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance overall efficiency. - Manage vendor relationships and logistics contracts for smooth operations. **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MBA, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 7-20 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the energy/biofuels sector. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive operational excellence.
