Job Description

The AP Process Lead position in Kolkata requires the candidate to have certifications such as Six Sigma green belt or Train the Trainer. Experience in KT/Transition and managing cross-functional training in the team is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel macro, and MS Access database creation is necessary. The responsibilities include preparing and gathering data for financial assessments, scenario analysis, rate case filing inputs, Budget-to-Actual for Balance sheet and Profit and Loss, data collection and upload into Hyperion, Variance Analysis, preparing MIS reports, and dashboards. The candidate will lead periodical reviews and calls with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves exposure to Financial Analysis, escalation management, performance management, IFRS, handling audits, identifying process gaps, and providing solutions. Effective management of SLAs and KPIs is crucial. Flexibility with New Zealand shift timings is required. The candidate should have a B.Com degree and be well-versed in ITES/BPO/KPO industry.
