Tracing and recovering delayed or lost baggage.
Communicating with passengers and airport teams on calls.

Managing compensation and service recovery processes

Role Overview:

Passenger & Flight Coordination
Manage misconnecting passengers, arrange alternate flights, and ensure minimal disruption through close coordination with OCC, MOD, and stations.
Operational Planning & Reporting
Oversee shift operations, staff allocation, and compile daily/weekly reports while maintaining on-time performance and resource optimization.
Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with stations, call center, and inter-department teams for smooth operations; conduct regular team meetings to enhance coordination.
Administrative Oversight & Data Management
Supervise coordination cell functions effectively and utilize Excel/data tools for accurate reporting and operational control.
