Were seeking an Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible, Jenkins, Secrets Management, and modern observability tooling to help deliver secure, scalable automation across enterprise platforms.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain Ansible automation for installation, implementation, provisioning, and configuration of enterprise systems.
• Implement and optimize standard out-of-the-box configurations for infrastructure, middleware, and automation modules.
• Develop secure CI/CD workflows using Jenkins pipelines (scripted + declarative).
• Design and automate Secrets Management using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure KeyVault, or equivalent.
• Implement End-to-End Observability & Monitoring using OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for logs, metrics, traces, and distributed system insights.
• Build SIS (System Integration Services) components required for advanced observability, integration, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automation frameworks for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize automation practices, infrastructure patterns, and monitoring strategies.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation / DevOps / IaC roles.
• Strong expertise in Ansible (installation automation, provisioning, configuration, roles, inventories).
• Solid experience building Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD automation.
• Proven background in Secrets Management automation (Vault / AWS / Azure).
• Working knowledge of OTEL (OpenTelemetry) instrumentation and enterprise observability frameworks.
• Experience developing SIS modules or integration components for monitoring, logging, and automation.
• Strong Linux, Git, scripting (Shell/Python), and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed engineering environment.
