We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Key Responsibilities: Strong experience with **Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including deployment, configuration, and management. Proficiency in developing and managing **Ansible playbooks**, roles, and workflows. Hands-on experience with infrastructure management (Linux/Windows servers, storage, networking). Familiarity with **HashiCorp Vault** or similar secrets management tools. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with AAP. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure Requirements Qualifications – External To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field. 12+ years of experience in IT. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with “Puppet-to-Ansible migration” or similar automation transitions. Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architectures. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices. Implement observability solutions to monitor AAP and infrastructure health. Knowledge of Python programming Knowledge of devops tools. E.gJenkins,G3 etc. Desirable - Understanding of MFT Products like Sterling Integrator / Sterling File Gateway, Connect:Direct etc. and Workload Automation e.g. Control-M. Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, etc.) and encryption standards (PGP, TLS).
