About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Android / React Native Developer with proven experience in transforming Android application code into robust, reusable SDKs. In this role, you will work closely with our mobile engineering team to architect, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile components and SDKs that integrate seamlessly into various applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Android and React Native applications.
• Build and package Android SDKs from existing code bases, ensuring clean architecture and modularity.
• Convert app features into SDK components consumable by external teams or clients.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define app functionalities and SDK requirements.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile modules and SDK packages.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs securely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues across Android and React Native environments.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of hands-on experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong proficiency in React Native and hybrid application development.
• Proven experience in building Android SDKs from existing app functionality.
• Understanding of Android architecture components, modularization, and dependency management (Gradle, Maven, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and release management.
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UI/UX standards, and performance optimization.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and implement unit/instrumentation tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing SDKs to Maven Central, internal repositories, or private package managers.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Native Modules in React Native, or bridging Android code to React Native.
• Experience with analytics tools, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Background in building modular, scalable mobile architecture.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
