Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Implement and maintain robust architecture following MVVM principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs to improve overall app stability. Continuously explore and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to key decisions within the mobile team. Must-Have Skills 2+ years of experience in Android development. Proficient in Kotlin. Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose. Strong understanding of MVVM architecture. Solid problem-solving and debugging abilities. Prior experience in B2C product-based companies with measurable impact. Good to Have Experience with Clean Architecture layered over MVVM. Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt, Dagger). Understanding of unit testing and CI/CD workflows. Exposure to analytics, performance monitoring, or crash reporting tools.
