Android Developer

Job Role:

Position Title: : Senior Software Engineer

Reports to: Engineering Manage

Department: Group IT

Work Location: Gurugram (Haryana) – 3 days Work From Office Setu

Responsibilities:

● Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new

features

● Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks

● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to

maximize development efficiency

● Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing

● Work closely with UI/UX designers to create a great user experience

● Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning

and retrospectives

Requirements:

● Proven software development experience in Android applications

● Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages

● Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and version control

systems like Git

● Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end

services

● Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented

environment
