Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Android App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, and modern mobile app architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase).
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug and fix issues, improving app quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging Android technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and Android UI design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and networking libraries (Retrofit/Volley).
• Familiarity with databases (SQLite, Room) and local data storage.
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
• Understanding of Google Play Store publishing process.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Exposure to cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
