Job Description

Role Summary

Application Lead Anaplan

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Anaplan technical team (
solution architects, model builders, analysts
)
Own platform architecture and governance across functions (FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain)
Design, build, and optimize scalable Anaplan models in line with best practices
Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into integrated Anaplan solutions
Manage data integration (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes) via Anaplan Connect, APIs, middleware
Oversee full Anaplan development lifecycle: design, sprints, testing, deployment, support
Enforce modeling standards, documentation, version control
Drive adoption of new Anaplan platform features and automation
Conduct model audits and technical reviews
Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and roadmap execution
Deliver training and mentorship to junior team members
Manage timelines and coordinate crossfunctional teams to meet deliverables

MustHave Qualifications

12+ years of experience in planning or financial systems roles
At least 6 years handson experience working with Anaplan
Fulltime education of 15 years
Proficiency in Anaplan platform; Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner preferred
Strong leadership, communication, technical architecture, and project management skills

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
