Job Description

Work with US and India team to create Pigment models. The models will be for Finance (Revenue, COGS, COS, Long range Plan etc) , Supply Chain (Demand Forecasting, Supply, component forecasting) , Sales etc

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant with strong expertise in Pigment modeling to join our dynamic global team, collaborating with both US and India counterparts. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Pigment models to support Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales functions, enabling accurate planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with US and India business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient Pigment model designs.
Build and enhance Pigment models for multiple domains including:
Finance: Revenue planning, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), COS (Cost of Sales), Long-Range Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
Supply Chain: Demand forecasting, supply planning, component forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Sales: Pipeline tracking, sales target setting, territory and quota planning.
Develop, test, and deploy Pigment models ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Integrate Pigment models with data sources (ERP, CRM, BI tools, etc.) for automated data flows.
Implement calculation logic, business rules, and dashboards for intuitive reporting and analysis.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enable smooth adoption of Pigment solutions.
Support ongoing model maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align planning processes with enterprise objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools, and hands-on experience with Pigment modeling is mandatory.
Proven track record in building financial, supply chain, and sales planning models.
Strong understanding of financial planning concepts (Revenue, COGS, COS, LRP) and supply chain processes (demand/supply forecasting).
Experience integrating Pigment models with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).
Proficiency in data modeling, formula creation, and workflow automation within Pigment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Preferred Skills:

Pigment certification(s) or relevant training.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) for reporting integrations.
Background in management consulting or enterprise transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodology.
