Job Summary We are seeking a Solution Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience specializing in Anaplan Supply Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of supply planning solutions to drive business outcomes. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan Supply Planning solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Anaplan with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical expertise in Anaplan model building and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the scalability and performance of Anaplan solutions through continuous monitoring and improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for Anaplan models and processes. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Anaplan solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models and integrations. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to align supply planning solutions with financial goals. Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Provide support during the testing phase to ensure the quality and accuracy of Anaplan models. Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to continuously improve solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in supply planning processes. Qualifications Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on Anaplan Supply Planning. Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting to better align supply planning with financial objectives. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Must be proficient in Anaplan model building and optimization techniques. Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments to adapt to flexible work models. Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Must demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies. Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals. Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value. Must have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and their impact on business operations. Must be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Must be adept at using project management tools and techniques to ensure successful project execution.
