Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Analytics. Located in Chennai, the role allows for work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data, developing business analytics strategies, and implementing data analytics solutions to extract insights. The role will involve working closely with various cross-functional teams to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, ability to interpret complex datasets
  • 3-7 years in Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Measurement - fintech, product experience preferred
  • Bachelors or Mater's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Ability to work with large datasets, and a passion for optimizing data processes
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction, transformation, and optimization
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including the ability to create complex, interactive dashboards, and reports to visualize data insights clearly. Proven experience in using Tableau's advanced features 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting data interpretation and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Self-starter, ability to drive insights from the data, provide actionable steps and drive results
