Key Responsibilities

As an AR&D Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in and executing analytical research & development tasks including :

• Assist in analytical method development and method validation for raw materials, intermediates, drug substances/drug products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UVVis, etc.
  
• Support stability studies for formulations (drug substances/products) and maintain data on stability.
  
• Help in routine and nonroutine sample analysis, impurity profiling.
  
• Perform analytical testing for injectables under guidance.
  
• Data collection, interpretation, and report preparation.
  
• Maintain proper documentation, ensure data integrity according to GMP/GLP, and follow SOPs.
  
• Assist in instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting under supervision.
  
• Coordinate with R&D, QC, quality assurance, formulation teams to support project timelines.
  
• Learn and comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  
• Maintain lab safety, good laboratory practices, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  

Qualification & Skills

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharma
  
• Knowledge of basic analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, UVVis, GC etc.).
  
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D / manufacturing environment.
  
• Good documentation skills, attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs.
  
• Ability to work in a team, accept guidance, and learn. Strong verbal & written communication.
  
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; willingness to troubleshoot under supervision.
  
• Understanding of regulatory requirements / quality standards would be a plus.
