Analytical Chemist

Position: Production Chemist Department: API Manufacturing – Production Openings: 8 Positions Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: [ Shabashpally Village, Shivampet Mandal, Medak ] - – Company Bus facility                       From Suchitra Circle to Plant – Daily   Industry: Pharmaceutical (API Manufacturing) Qualification: Ø B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Organic or Industrial Chemistry) Ø B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Key Responsibilities: Ø Operate and monitor API production processes as per batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs Ø Handle reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other production equipment safely and efficiently Ø Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, deviations, and yield reports Ø Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards during production Ø Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams for smooth batch execution Ø Participate in process validations, scale-up activities, and troubleshooting Ø Follow shift schedules and contribute to achieving daily production targets Skills & Competencies: Ø Good understanding of chemical reactions and process parameters Ø Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory compliance Ø Ability to work in shifts and handle equipment independently Ø Strong communication and teamwork skills Ø Attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred: Ø Prior experience in Pharma API manufacturing (2–5 years) Ø Exposure to regulated environments (USFDA, EU GMP, etc.)
