Job Summary
Join our dynamic Marketing Operations team in a pivotal role as a Marketing Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of strategic initiatives, streamlining operational workflows, and driving business growth. You will working within marketing to support our Legal Transformation Services business (one of the fastest growing and most strategically important parts of Epiq) in the consolidation and harmonization of CRMs and marketing data following an upcoming acquisition.You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, enhance process efficiency, and support strategic planning. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Standardization: Ensuring we have clean, consistent sales and pipeline data across Salesforce and DealCloud CRMs (the CRMs)
- Identifying areas for automation and simplification across the CRMs
- Leading initiatives to migrate customer contact information into Salesforce so as to support global marketing efforts
- Lead initiatives to standardize sales funnel stages within the CRMs, ensuring consistent clean data is in place that can lead to actionable insights.
- Sales Strategy Alignment: Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and support strategic delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refining and optimizing marketing and sales processes to boost effectiveness and streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in strategic operations or business analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in process improvement and scaling operations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in India, UK and US
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
