Analyst, Specialist Business Development

Role Overview: As a part of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a crucial role in growing market share, product lines, customer base, and increasing efficiency through various acquisition initiatives and synergies. Your primary focus will be on exploring opportunities within the bank and external stakeholders to drive acquisitions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing funnel processes, tracking lead generation, campaign management, vendor relationships, and cross-border collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Funnel Management-Digital: - Lead tracking and management: Track and manage leads from various sources, ensuring accurate recording of interactions. - Channel Monitoring: Analyze performance across lead generation channels, propose strategies for improvement. - Funnel management: Qualify and nurture leads, ensure smooth progression through each stage. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze lead data, prepare reports on performance, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency. - Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams for effective lead nurturing. - Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance lead management processes for increased efficiency. - Campaign Management: - Campaign planning & execution: Develop strategy, get approvals, and execute campaigns. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. - Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze results for optimization. - Training & Collaboration: Train frontline post-launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports on campaign performance, communicate findings to stakeholders. - Gratification: Implement customer gratification strategies based on campaign constructs. - Cross-border Management: Collaborate with cross-border teams for leads and campaigns, devise strategies for global acquisition. Qualification Required: - MBA from a reputed institute. - Knowledge of NRI and overseas corridors. - Proficiency in Excel, Analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - 5-7 years of experience in managing digital acquisitions.,
