Analyst - Planning and strategy

As a Planning Systems Specialist, your role involves supporting the Planning / SPCPS & MF Business Manager as a Functional / Data expert using Kinaxis Rapid Response and Java-based applications. Your primary responsibility is to lead all Planning activities in SPCPS & MF and publish relevant KPIs to measure the health of the planning process. You will work closely with the regional MP&L & Sales planning team to assist in mix authoring in SPCPS Kinaxis. Additionally, you will provide creative solutions to complex business problems, drive inbound integration activities, and ensure data robustness to support seamless mix authoring at the feature level in Kinaxis-based applications. Collaboration with technical, data, and IT team members is essential to diagnose and resolve incidents and implement functional enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all Planning activities in SPCPS & MF - Publish relevant KPIs to measure the health of the Planning process - Work with regional MP&L & Sales planning team for mix authoring in SPCPS Kinaxis - Drive and coordinate Inbound integration activities - Check and verify data robustness for seamless mix authoring - Interact with technical, data & IT team members to resolve incidents - Document, follow, and implement functional enhancements - Coordinate with PDO / Codification / IT teams for new definitions - Drive deployment plan and implementation dates - Escalate issues requiring leadership support - Create workbooks, worksheets, alerts, and dashboards in Rapid Response - Collaborate with Kinaxis Solution Architect for business process design - Support alignment and delivery of GDIA dashboard initiatives - Interface with other Ford departments for cross-functional collaboration Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management / related fields - 5-10 years of relevant experience - Solid understanding of S&OP, S&OE, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics - Technology proficiency related to supply chain systems - Hands-on experience in ERP and material management systems - Knowledge of SPCPS Kinaxis and Rapid Response - Experience in MP&L - Project management skills - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience in Process Re-engineering, Analytics, and Data mining - Willingness to work across different time zones Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
