Job Description

As an Analyst for Operating Expense Reconciliation at JLL, you will work independently on a daily basis. Your main responsibility is to maintain the lease administration database, ensuring its accuracy. You will complete Operational Expense Reconciliation for clients, analyze operating expenses, identify errors, and collaborate with internal teams and landlords for data accuracy and policy compliance. - Complete Operational Expense Reconciliation and update Lease Administration system - Analyze and reconcile operating expenses with budgeted amounts - Identify errors in OpEx statements by comparing with legal documents - Rectify errors in financial records and take corrective actions - Maintain accurate financial transaction records - Collaborate with internal teams and landlords for required data - Improve processes, identify cost-saving opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies - Manage document workflow for timely completion - Conduct audits of Lease Administration teams" work - Coordinate with colleagues for workload completion - Review landlord invoices for lease requirements - Maintain compliance with internal and external policies - Manage ad hoc projects, provide clear progress updates, ensure timely task completion - Provide training to new staff members Qualifications Required: - University graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent work experience - 2-3 years of Operational Expense Reconciliation experience - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting - Ability to maintain accurate data and prioritize work - Good interpersonal skills, effective small team worker - Positive attitude towards meeting client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience in property management/lease administration system At JLL, we are committed to supporting your growth in an inclusive work environment.
