About the Role

ORM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor brand mentions, customer reviews, and conversations across digital platforms including social media, forums, and review sites.
• Analyze sentiment and provide actionable insights to improve brand reputation.
• Develop and implement ORM strategies to build a positive digital presence.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
• Prepare weekly and monthly ORM performance reports for clients.
• Handle ORM tools for tracking keywords, mentions, and competitor analysis.
• Identify potential PR or reputation risks and coordinate resolutions proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ORM experience in a

  marketing or advertising agency environment

• Strong understanding of online reputation and social listening platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with ORM tools such as Brand24, Talkwalker, Google Alerts, or similar.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency setup
