Job Summary : As a Master Data Analyst, you are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the master data records within an organization's information systems
This includes product, customer, vendor, and other data that is critical to the functioning of various business processes, General responsibilities : The Master Data Business Process Hub is responsible for the following: Become the leading expert on master data for BU PM Global Create and maintain master data records per organizational standards and procedures, Validate and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness, Monitor the quality of data in the system and take corrective actions as needed, Develop and maintain documentation related to master data creation and validation processes, Work closely with other teams to ensure data consistency across the organization, Assist in the development and implementation of master data policies and procedures, Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, Participate in data governance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Provide training and support to users on master data processes and systems, Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures related to master data creation and validation, Functional skills and knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of business acumen Fluent in English (written and spoken) and two other languages is an advantage Demonstrate SAP skills and CRM systems Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e-g, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Knowledge in EU and US Regulations as Technical documents (SDS/MSDS EU format, TDS, etc ) is an advantage Soft Skills: Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage competing and changing priorities, showing adaptability in a dynamic environment Committed and result-oriented, willing to go the extra mile if needed to meet important deadlines Team player, Education : MBA or Masters degree in business administration, industrial engineering, strategic management or a related field Work experience: A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a comparable role in a corporate or consulting environment,
