Job Description

Location: Mumbai

Designation: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Own end-to-end delivery of data science projects from problem definition to deployment and sustenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and scalability of solutions using best practices in software engineering.
Drive research and experimentation to explore new methodologies and technologies.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients in a clear, compelling manner.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, statistics, AI with team handling and client exposure.
Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, and data engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices.
Proven track record of delivering complex analytics projects in a client-facing environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to go the extra mile to ensure delivery excellence and solution sustainability.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in consulting or professional services.
Preferable - Exposure to domain-specific analytics (e.g., automotive, manufacturing).
Preferable - GenAI, Agentic AI Knowledge and exposure.
