Job Summary

Analyst L3 (Zscaler Email Security)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage escalated cases related to Zscaler Email Security, including advanced threat analysis, phishing investigations, and policy fine-tuning.
Perform in-depth investigation and remediation of suspicious or malicious email traffic.
Review and optimize email filtering policies, rules, and configurations to enhance detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
Collaborate with L1/L2 analysts to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical escalation support.
Monitor Zscaler dashboards and reports for potential anomalies or indicators of compromise (IOCs).
Work closely with incident response and threat intelligence teams to correlate email threats with broader security incidents.
Develop and document playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for email security operations.
Perform root cause analysis and create post-incident reports for significant email security events.
Participate in security audits and compliance assessments related to email security systems.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements for automation and detection using Zscaler APIs, SIEM integrations, or scripting.
