Job Summary:

The Analyst L3 is responsible for advanced incident resolution, root cause analysis, and providing technical leadership for escalated IT issues
The role ensures system stability, process improvement, and adherence to SLA standards

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-priority incidents and perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes

Support L1/L2 teams with technical escalation and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution of complex technical problems
Develop standard operating procedures and maintain documentation
Participate in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement activities

Mandatory Skills: Industry 4.0 .
