Analyst - Healthcare Data Quality

Role:

Highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data across various systems and business functions. You will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to build scalable data quality processes, design robust validation frameworks, and deliver insights through dashboards and reports

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources

Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues

Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver

effective solutions

Develop and automate reports for operational and strategic needs

Assist in designing and implementing A/B testing and statistical models

Work with databases (SQL) to extract and manipulate data

Required Qualifications:

Engineer degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics

3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data quality, or similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data profiling and validation tasks

Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, data validation)

Experience building dashboards and reports using Sigma (or similar tools

like Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in cloud data platforms

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environment
