Data & Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Data:

  Build and maintain data sheets/dashboards for all TA verticals (pipeline tracking, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, time-to-hire, etc.).

• Salary Benchmarking & Insights:

  Generate compensation analysis, salary insights, and competitor benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

• Recruitment Analytics:

  Provide detailed reports on hiring trends, candidate funnels, and recruiter productivity for the TA & Founder’s Office.

• Operational Data Support:

  Develop trackers and dashboards for operations teams to support decision-making and process improvements.

• Data Visualization & Reporting:

  Present data insights through Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI a plus).

• Cross-functional Data Partnering:

  Work closely with TA, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable outputs.

• Process Improvement:

  Recommend ways to streamline reporting and automate recurring data workflows.

• Ad-hoc Analysis:

  Support leadership with customized data requests, insights, and business research.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Data/Analytics-related field.

• 5–7 years

  of proven experience in

  data-heavy business/analytics roles

  .

• Advanced Excel skills

  (pivot tables, formulas, macros, modeling).
• Strong ability to

  analyze large datasets and build structured reports

  .
• Familiarity with SQL / Power BI / Tableau is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset – able to turn raw data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for working with leadership.
