Analyst - Cost Management

Job Purpose

Cost Management Team has been setup to work towards cost optimization initiatives and partnering with all teams for end-to-end implementation of initiatives, suggesting measures to improve process efficiencies and focus on reduction in cost to income ratio. We are looking for a Cost Analyst to be a part of the Cost Management Team at IDFC first Bank. The role entails systematically collecting data, performing data analysis, and tracking of expenses/cost drivers monthly.

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyzing the trends of underlying data for the open category at nature of expense, business unit, and vendor level
Engage with stake holders for comprehensive data collection and analysis.
Engagement with the business & support teams for reviewing end to end business process and suggesting measures to improve efficiencies.
The candidate will be responsible for granular level analysis of the expense category and explore possible cost optimization initiatives.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
