As an Analyst, Compliance at PineBridge Investments in Mumbai, you play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the firm's Code of Ethics. Your responsibilities include: - Managing the monitoring, administration, and completion of regulatory filings worldwide. - Assisting in preparing and filing periodic regulatory reports, such as daily filings. - Analyzing global regulatory reporting requirements to establish processes and source content for reporting. - Overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, and administration of the firm's Code of Ethics, including utilizing the StarCompliance system for monitoring employees" personal securities transactions, gifts, entertainment reporting, and other disclosures. - Coordinating the StarCompliance system across global compliance teams and addressing employee inquiries regarding the Code of Ethics. - Monitoring controls related to fraud, market abuse, and conflicts of interest management. - Supporting the overall compliance program administration, including managing data reporting and handling special projects and ad hoc assignments. Qualifications required for the role include: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with compliance obligations/requirements of a registered investment adviser, bank asset management department, hedge fund, or other financial institution. - Experience with a Code of Ethics monitoring system is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a global team. - Willingness to work in a hybrid workplace model and flexibility in working hours.
