The role will be based in Mumbai with the expectation of a hybrid work model. PineBridge Investments is seeking an Analyst, Compliance. Primary Responsibilities: Managing the monitoring, administration, and completion of regulatory filings across the globe.Assisting in the preparation and filing of periodic regulatory reports, including daily filings.Analyze new and existing global regulatory reporting requirements and figure out how to create a process and source content for the reporting.Overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, and administration of the firm’s Code of Ethics, including the use of the StarCompliance system for monitoring employee’s personal securities transactions, gifts and entertainment reporting and various other disclosures.Coordinating the StarCompliance system across global compliance teams and responding to employee questions concerning the Code of Ethics.Monitoring controls related to fraud, market abuse, and managing of conflicts of interest.Assisting with administration of the overall compliance program, including management data reporting, and completing special projects and ad hoc assignments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution .Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in financial services industry.Must be familiar compliance obligations/requirements of a registered investment adviser, bank asset management department, hedge fund or other financial institution.Experience with Code of Ethics monitoring system is a plus.Detail oriented.Strong ability to interact effectively with peers, both locally and globally.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, tables, analyzing data, pivot tables, formulas, functions).Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and WORD.Ability to take on projects from inception through completion and meet deadlines.Desire to work as part of a dynamic team at a growing institution, with the potential opportunity to take on a more expansive role over time.Engage in a hybrid workplace model (mixing in-office and remote work).Flexibility in working hours (if coverage is needed in another region while an employee is out of the office). PineBridge is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our Middle Office group in Mumbai, supporting Fixed Income, Equity and Multi Asset Teams. Primary Responsibilities include: Hands-on management of the daily activities of the Investment Operations team in India, which includes: Put together daily/weekly/monthly client reports such as Trade Blotters, Open FX Forward and Holdings reports. Handle broker collateral calls for FX Forward Positions. Handle daily cash flows posting in BBG system. Review PineBridge UCITS Fund Fact Sheets. Handle ad hoc queries from custodian, brokers and within PineBridge. Review on a weekly basis Pricing Reports from State Street to ensure accuracy. Resolve all queries sent to the Middle Office with a sense of urgency no matter how small the request. Constant procedure review – ensuring PineBridge Middle Office operations is consistently performing in the most efficient way Publish daily cash projections reports to the Investment Team Direct oversight of outsourced Middle Office service provider (State Street IMS) which includes trade settlements, reconciliations and corporate actions. Serve as an escalation point for any issues that arise from various PineBridge Internal Teams, clients and brokers; working in partnership with all groups to come to a quick resolution and limit client exposure to operational problems. Develop and maintain a strong working partnership with all internal support functions, globally: mainly offices in Hong Kong, London, Japan and New York, on operational matters and all other counterparts. Perform special projects and analysis as requested by management. Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or related degree. Main Responsibilities Independently identify, assess, measure, supervise, mitigate and report on investment risk (market, credit, liquidity and counterparty risk) as it relates to the funds and where issues arise bring to the attention of portfolio managers, first line risk managers and risk committees. Proven experience in using Marco VBA to automate the risk monitoring tasks. Detailed understanding of various risk measures such as Stress Testing, VaR and TE. Especially in setup Stress Testing parameters within different risk systems and to manually calculate VaR & TE. Strong understanding of financial derivatives products e.g. TRS, CDS and FX Fwd including the Fair Value and Risk Measures. Experience in Python for the running return attribution analysis. Proficiency in technical skills, such as Python, along with a strong working knowledge of risk management metrics like VaR, is mandatory. Experience in interpreting regulatory risk requirements.
