You are excited to announce an opening for an Analyst position at AM GCC. As an Analyst - Python - RPA, you will be integrated within the Order to Delivery Domain, managing different business processes such as order entry automation, schedule business, order & finished goods follow-up, and EDI to customer through various IT systems based on multiple technologies. Your key role within the IT team involves driving the evolution of IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs and align with strategic goals. Your main responsibilities will include: - Being contents-oriented by understanding business needs - Supporting the business in defining IT system evolution needs - Managing technical analysis and developments independently based on business requirements - Collaborating with an extended team in Europe and India to support the delivery of change requests - Driving the evolution of existing information systems in alignment with business requirements, IT strategic plan, and IT standards - Managing the quality of technical analysis and developments - Supporting testing to ensure solutions meet required standards - Taking ownership of delivering evolutions including technical analysis & development, technical alignment with IT architecture experts, and maintenance support Furthermore, you should be able to convey technical aspects to the business in an understandable way. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Analytical skills to transform complex business/technical needs into optimized IT requirements - Strong IT background and experience in development to challenge architecture and technical solutions - Participation in solution development when required - Management of technical-oriented projects - Team player and stakeholder-oriented - Adaptability to a complex and changing environment - Ability to work with extended teams across different sites - Hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent - Advanced English proficiency In terms of technical expertise, you should have knowledge of: - BPMN, C#, Python, .NET Framework (4.7), .Net Core or .Net 5 (6), REST and SOAP API, Azure, IDP (e.g., IQBot) and OCR engines, Git, rule engines, Machine learning, RPA (preferably Automation Anywhere), BPM Engines, JavaScript, SAP UI5 or other front-end frameworks, Azure Machine learning studio, Luis.ai, Custom vision - Strong interest in AI and new technologies supporting digitalization You are expected to have the capacity to communicate with Machine learning experts on a technical level and understand how Machine learning can be applied to meet business requirements and improve processes.,
