You should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or a Master's degree (BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MS) with strong communication and reasoning abilities. You must have over 5 years of hands-on technical experience using AWS serverless resources like ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront, and ALB. Additionally, you should possess over 8 years of experience independently developing modules in Python, Web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Containers. Experience in the design and development of web-based applications using NodeJS is necessary. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React), UI Testing tools (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium), CI/CD setup, and managing code and deployments towards faster releases are required. Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL, is essential. It would be advantageous if you have experience in Terraform or similar tools, familiarity with AWS Bedrock, expertise with OCR engines and solutions like AWS Textract and Google Cloud Vision, and an interest in adopting Data Science methodologies and AI/ML technologies to optimize project outcomes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of development projects and achieving business objectives through innovative agile software development practices. You will provide technical guidance to the development team for productionizing Proof of Concepts, drive and execute productionizing activities, identify opportunities for reuse, and efficiently resolve complex technical issues. You will participate in technical design discussions, understand the impact of architecture and hosting strategies on design, apply best practices in software development, prioritize security and performance in all implementations, and conduct detailed code reviews for intricate solutions.
