Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Promoter Management:

Promoter Management - GT & MT

Ensure promoter availability at all given outlets with max 5% gap monthly.
Regularly update promoter roster and resolve attrition/replacement within 7 days.

Promoter Training & Development

Conduct structured training modules with product, soft skills & pitch rehearsals.

Promoter Attendance & Performance Tracking

Track promoter attendance daily via digital tools and flag absenteeism immediately.
Evaluate promoter effectiveness weekly based on sales/conversion ratio.

2) BTL Activations:

Design monthly BTL calendar across cities/regions, aligned to brand priorities.
Coordinate with sales team for store-level permissions/logistics for activations.

BTL Budget Management

Maintain tracker of planned vs. actual spends; review with TM manager monthly.

BTL Vendor Coordination

Identify, empanel & onboard vendors with clear SLAs and compliance checks.
Follow-up and ensure timely setup and dismantling of activation units.

Reporting & Analysis

Submit weekly dashboards to Trade Marketing & Sales teams.
Analyze ROI per activation/event & provide improvement recommendations.

4) Trade Engagement Programs

Plan retailer contests/schemes and gather feedback via field force.

5) POSM Deployment Tracking

Track POSM allocation vs. usage at store level and highlight gaps.
Ensure display compliance (visibility, planogram adherence, freshness).

6) Market Visit & Audit

Document visit findings with photos, competitor activity, and promoter feedback.

7) Competition Data

Competition Data Requirement on Quarterly basis, Category Wise across all distribution channels for GT, MT, Ecom & Horeca
GT - Required - Main Competition Price List, Primary Bills as well as secondary bills.
