Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to support business leaders in aligning human resources practices with business goals. The Manager HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving key people initiatives, improving organizational effectiveness, and contributing to a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Drive organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions to improve employee experience and productivity. Implement talent management strategies, including engagement, retention, and leadership development. Support DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives in alignment with company values. Facilitate annual processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee surveys. Coach and support managers on effective team management and conflict resolution. Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) including Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or generalist role. Experience working with senior leadership and managing complex organizational dynamics. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices. Proven ability to influence and build strong partnerships at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
