Job Description

Paltech Cooling Towers & Equipments Ltd., a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling towers and project-based engineering solutions, is looking for a Dynamic HR Recruiter who have the expertise in Blue & White collar hiring.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Finding resumes from job portals like Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Shine etc. and also by using our Internal and outside references
• Coordinating the hiring process from start-to-end
• Create and post job descriptions across platforms
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri & other portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
• Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes
• Provide regular reports on hiring metrics
• Enhance employer branding initiatives
• Managing end to end recruitment process
• Onboard successful candidates.
• Manage onboarding to offboarding process

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience-5-8 years as an Recruiter
• Should have perfect communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Qualification- MBA in HR(Regular)
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting(end to end recruitment)
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR laws, employment branding, and recruitment tech.

Job Location- Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary- 5.0 lpa to 6.0 lpa
