Job Description

Accountable For Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules: Plan, monitor and control activities according to Engineering discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management) In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications Perform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance tests Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justifications Responsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparation Interface with the customer for the Engineering discipline content Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his Hierarchical Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments Establish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing Management of the contributors Daily management of his group Assign to them the needed work packages Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities Show more Show less
