Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
Independently manage the
Performance Management System (PMS)
, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Develop and maintain
comprehensive HR dashboards
and MIS reports for management review.
Create impactful
PowerPoint presentations
and HR reports to support decision-making and leadership communication.
Coordinate and execute
employee engagement initiatives
and company-wide events with attention to detail.
Contribute to HR audits, process improvements, and policy implementation to drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to influence and present confidently at all levels.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
and
PowerPoint
; working knowledge of
Power BI
is an added advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in
data visualization
and HR dashboard creation.
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in
PMS management
and performance data tracking.
Proven ability to handle
multiple projects and events
independently in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, presentation accuracy, and professional formatting standards.
Minimum
10 years of progressive HR experience
with demonstrated success in HR generalist and analytics-driven roles.
