As an AM/DM - BTL Marketing in the real estate industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing below-the-line marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, boost brand visibility, and drive sales for real estate projects through personalized marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Campaign Development & Execution:** - Plan and implement BTL marketing strategies using various offline channels like print, direct mail, events, and sponsorships. - Organize and manage property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. - **Lead Generation & Conversion:** - Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates through personalized touchpoints. - Tailor marketing efforts for different customer segments based on their profiles. - **Collaboration with Stakeholders:** - Coordinate with sales teams, creative agencies, media partners, and internal departments for successful campaign execution. - Build relationships with local communities, influencers, and media for promotional purposes. - **Brand Building & Visibility:** - Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging. - Increase brand awareness in target markets through direct marketing, events, and grassroots engagement. - **Market Research & Reporting:** - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activity. - Measure campaign effectiveness, report on performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement. - **Budget Management:** - Efficiently manage budgets for BTL activities while maintaining ROI on campaigns. - **Event Management:** - Organize and execute property tours, client meet-ups, open houses, and client appreciation gatherings. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of BTL marketing experience, preferably in real estate. - Strong understanding of real estate markets and consumer behavior. - Experience in organizing and managing marketing events and campaigns. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Creative mindset focused on innovative strategies and customer engagement.
