Job Summary: Digitron India is seeking a proactive and technically proficient AMC Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate site visits, support engineering teams, maintain client communication, and ensure smooth and timely execution of all AMC-related activities. Responsibilities: Plan and manage day-to-day AMC activities including site visits, operations, and reporting Coordinate with engineers, clients, and internal teams for efficient task execution Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to the field team Manage recruitment and team scheduling as per project requirements Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations Improve service quality through continuous monitoring and feedback Maintain documentation, reports, and expense records Liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications: BE or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Computer, Electrical, or IT Engineering Experience with security systems (CCTV, IP Cameras, Access Control) Strong knowledge of computer networking, OFC, and wireless networks (P2P, P2M) Proficient in configuration of CCTV, NVRs, wireless links, and VMS (e.g., Genetec) Skilled in Microsoft Office, documentation, and reporting Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Sunday off (Remote support if required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,200.00 - ₹35,200.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Security system: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
