Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a AMC coordinator located in Pune. The AMC coordinator will be responsible for following description:

- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and milestones to ensure timely progress and timely deliver the project

- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.

- Identify potential risks and issues, and work with the project director to develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and report on project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within allocated limits.

- Ensure deliverables meet the established quality standards and project requirements.

- Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

- Prepare designs as per client requirement. 

- Prepare BOQ as per project.

- Review and understand the requirement of inquiry 

- optimized process scheme and define scope of inquiry 

- Interact with customer for clarifications of proposal

- Prepare techno-commercial proposal 

- Interact with sub-contractors / vendors for offers, cost backups. 

- Compilation cost estimates 

- Client meetings and technical sells 

- Client interactions.

- Project execution

- In absence of team member need to handle their work

- Daily Weekly Monthly quarterly and annually reports preparation

Skills Required:

- Communication skills

- Technical Knowledge of ETP STP RO ZLD System

- Knowledge of Proposals
