Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Back Office Executive who plays a crucial role in the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handling Inbound Calls and Mails

· Schedule AMC and repairing jobs for Service engineers.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

· Set up new customer accounts and Manage customers' accounts

· Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Service Engineers.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

· Maintain customer databases

· Monitoring the Service activities and provide timely resolution to customers.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role minimum 2 years.

· Proficient in using office software, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Problem-solving.
