Amazon Vendor Central Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Add New Products

  to Amazon Vendor Central with accurate product data and required compliance documents.

• Process Purchase Orders (POs)

  in a timely and accurate manner to meet Amazon’s strict timelines.
• Perform

  manual stock updates

  on Vendor Central when required.

• Manage and Track Shortage Claims

  , working closely with Amazon to resolve issues. Maintain a tracker and provide regular updates to the UK team.

• Upload Invoices

  promptly after PO processing to ensure timely payments from Amazon.
• Communicate effectively with Amazon support teams when necessary to resolve issues related to catalog, shipping, invoicing, or shortages.
• Provide weekly reports and updates to the UK office regarding all Vendor Central activity, including claims, open POs, and invoice status.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  working with

  Amazon Vendor Central

  .
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s PO, catalog, invoice, and stock processes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and report back to a remote UK-based team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
