Key Responsibilities: Add New Products to Amazon Vendor Central with accurate product data and required compliance documents. Process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner to meet Amazon’s strict timelines. Perform manual stock updates on Vendor Central when required. Manage and Track Shortage Claims , working closely with Amazon to resolve issues. Maintain a tracker and provide regular updates to the UK team. Upload Invoices promptly after PO processing to ensure timely payments from Amazon. Communicate effectively with Amazon support teams when necessary to resolve issues related to catalog, shipping, invoicing, or shortages. Provide weekly reports and updates to the UK office regarding all Vendor Central activity, including claims, open POs, and invoice status. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Vendor Central . Strong understanding of Amazon’s PO, catalog, invoice, and stock processes. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and reports. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and report back to a remote UK-based team. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities: Create High-Quality 3D Renders of consumer products based on photographs, dimensions, and descriptions provided by the UK team. Design Complete Amazon Image Sets , including main images, infographics, and lifestyle renders, tailored for optimal performance on Amazon listings. Develop Graphics for Amazon A+ Pages (Enhanced Brand Content) that align with our branding and showcase product features effectively. Ensure all designs meet Amazon’s image requirements and internal brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with the UK team for feedback, revisions, and final approvals. Manage project timelines efficiently and deliver work with consistency and high attention to detail. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D rendering and graphic design. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D renders and graphic design work, preferably for e-commerce or Amazon listings. Proficient in tools such as Blender, KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or other equivalent software. Understanding of Amazon image standards and marketing best practices is a strong plus. Ability to work independently while aligning with remote UK-based stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
