Role Overview:

Amazon Specialist / E-commerce Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    Amazon Seller Central operations

    (product listings, inventory, pricing, catalog updates).
  • Create and manage

    FBA shipping plans

    , labeling, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    and competitor analysis for improved visibility.
  • Set up, optimize, and monitor

    Amazon PPC campaigns

    (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads).
  • Perform

    account audits

    to identify gaps and implement growth strategies.
  • Optimize product listings with titles, bullet points, A+ content, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
  • Handle

    customer queries, feedback, and reviews

    to maintain account health.
  • Track

    account performance metrics

    (Buy Box, IPI score, stranded inventory, return rates).
  • Suggest and execute

    promotions, coupons, and deals

    to boost sales.
  • Stay updated with the latest

    Amazon policies, tools, and marketplace trends

    .


Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing

    Amazon Seller Central

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    FBA & FBM operations

    .
  • Experience with

    PPC campaign setup & optimization

    .
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to perform

    keyword research & SEO optimization

    .
  • Knowledge of other marketplaces (Flipkart, Wallmart, etc.) is a plus.
