About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon PPC Specialist with hands-on experience managing international eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms, marketplace dynamics, and strategies to maximize conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display
• Manage end-to-end PPC strategy including keyword research, campaign setup, bid optimization & negative keywords
• Monitor daily campaign performance (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, Sales, Impressions)
• Conduct listing audits and collaborate with content/SEO teams for listing optimization
• Implement advanced targeting strategies including ASIN targeting, audience-based campaigns, and retargeting setups
• Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and category trends
• A/B testing across ads, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies
• Track and maintain advertising budgets, pacing, and forecasting
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal teams or clients
• Ensure compliance with Amazon advertising policies and regional marketplace guidelines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC campaign management
• Proven experience with international markets such as US
• Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics and sales-driven optimizations
• Expertise with Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central & Brand Analytics tools
• Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills for reporting & data interpretation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
