Job Description

We re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. You ll have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing, design, and tech teams to deliver customized software, web, and eCommerce solutions that help clients scale their businesses.
 
As a Business Development Executive, your day will include reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, preparing tailored proposals, and following up consistently until deals are closed. If you have a flair for communication, an analytical mindset, and a results-driven attitude, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads using outbound tactics such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and strategic targeting
  • Understand client needs and translate them into project requirements
  • Pitch services including custom software development, eCommerce stores (like Shopify), mobile apps, and IT consulting
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate with project managers and tech leads to ensure accurate cost estimation and timelines
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools and track daily activity
  • Manage and build long-term client relationships for upselling and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and feedback on lead quality
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of proven experience in business development, IT sales, or client acquisition roles
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as website development, app development, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and clearly convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, or Fiverr
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and digital trends
  • Ability to handle international clients across the US, UK, or Middle East
  • Experience in preparing pitch decks, business proposals, and pricing sheets
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and digital sales strategies
