AM - Taxation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST and Income tax compliance, including monthly/annual returns,
• reconciliations, handling assessments/notices and preparing and filing TDS returns.
• Manage direct tax matters including TDS, advance tax, tax audits, and income tax returns.
• Preparation of form 3CD for Income Tax Audit and GSTR-9C for GST audit.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations across taxation and accounting functions.
• Support statutory, tax, and internal audits with accurate documentation and reconciliations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on business operations.
• Coordinate with external consultants and tax authorities for assessments and queries.
• Assist in financial reporting and provide support in month-end and year-end closure.
• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in compliance.

Requirements

● Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

● 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in GST, taxation, and compliance.

● Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST laws, and accounting.

● Experience in handling statutory/tax audits.

● Proficiency in MS office and SAP.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
