Job Description

As a Strategic Planning Analyst at our client, a leading Financial Services company based in Chennai, your role will involve collaborating with senior management to define strategic priorities and objectives. You will assist in the development of annual and long-term business plans, evaluate existing strategies, and recommend improvements or new initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. - Performing SWOT analysis and assessing business strengths and weaknesses. - Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. In addition, you will be expected to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance, and monitor progress on strategic initiatives to ensure timely execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal allocation of resources for strategic projects, assist in budgeting and financial planning related to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for strategic collaborations.
