The AM Sales - Forex The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex, Drive sales of forex products including remittances, foreign currency exchange, prepaid forex cards, and trade-related forex services.
Identify and acquire new clients, including corporates, HNIs, and retail customers. Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, travel agencies, and corporates to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of forex products including:Foreign currency exchangeOutward remittancesPrepaid forex cardsTrade-related forex servicesIdentify, approach, and acquire new clients across:Corporates (SMEs & large enterprises)High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)Retail customers and walk-insDevelop and maintain relationships with:Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutionsTravel agencies, visa consultants, and educational agentsExport-import businesses and trade clientsGenerate leads through market visits, referrals, and institutional tie-upsMaintain client servicing standards and ensure timely execution of forex transactionsAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch profitabilityProvide regular MIS/reports on leads, conversions, and market trendsEnsure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal compliance standardsQualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fieldsMinimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Forex/Financial ServicesStrong knowledge of RBI regulations related to forex and remittanceExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and a team playerPrior experience in handling both corporate and retail forex clients is a must
